For over 36 years, Merit Business Institute’s mission has been to work with our clients to help them achieve and exceed their productivity targets.
In the main, we focus our work on the first three tiers of management: Team leaders, Supervisors and 1st Line management. Our goal being to give them the tools, skills, competencies and behaviours with which to get their people to move from reluctant compliance, to willing compliance and on to performance beyond compliance.
Our goal is not only to fulfill the requirements of Unit Standards, but once again to go beyond and focus on meeting the real business needs of our client.
We have a small full-time staff and make use of partnerships and associations with experts in their fields.
Merit Business Institute’s strength is that it does only what it knows it can do extremely well. Any facilitators who operate under the company’s banner are highly experienced and successful in the subjects that they teach. In other words, the company does not undertake any “text-book” training.
