A lack of knowledge about interpersonal behaviour creates huge problems in both our personal and business lives.  We continue day to day, using the same default behaviour and getting the same - often undesired - results.

 

The way people behave is a "language" that they use to communicate a certain need.  We all use this language to communicate what we want.  And until that need is met, we will keep using the same language.  This has uncomfortable, even destructive consequences. 

 

When we become aware and develop an understanding of our own behavioural language and the behavioural language of others, we start getting the desired results for ourselves and others.  

 

The Interpersonal Behaviour Skills program helps attendees gain an understanding of why we behave the way we do and exposes them to a process that they can use in their personal and work lives, to improve relationships with peers, co-workers, friends and family.
