On-site and Online facilitator-led training
Relationships are entirely dependent upon communication and yet this is the greatest area for failure and misunderstanding.
We all want to be understood, but because we have different temperaments, different frames of reference and therefore different perceptions, we tend to communicate "past" each other.
Our perceptions lead to misconceptions, that result in misunderstandings. In its extreme form, misunderstandings can have dire consequences like missed deadlines, lost clients, wasted money, wrongful accusations and disciplinary hearings. We do not do this on purpose, and that is exactly the reason why we need to learn the art of communicating. We have to become mindful of how we communicate and learn to communicate for accurate understanding.
Our Communicate for Understanding program deals with the fundamentals of healthy communication, using a combination of theory, role play and excercises.
