On-site and Online facilitator-led training
The word “Team”, in its broadest sense, covers all types of interactions among a specific group of people - their conflicts, co-operative efforts and group relationships.
Building Effective Teams has been designed to educate people in understanding why our beliefs, attitudes and behaviours sometimes cause interpersonal conflict and a lack of co-operation in our personal and work-related lives. It helps attendees understand and accept each other, acknowledge and maximise each other’s strengths, and accept and minimise the impact of each other’s weaknesses. With the experiential learning gained from this program, attendees learn to work together with each other instead of wasting energy and productive time on trying to change each other.
This program is facilitatied in-house or online and while it involves practical team tasks and excercises, it is not an "outdoors" program.
